Emily is an Associate in Kalbian Hagerty’s litigation group.
Prior to joining Kalbian Hagerty, Emily worked as a case manager/legal researcher at the Dubai International Arbitration Centre, in the United Arab Emirates, where she gained valuable training in international arbitration procedure.
She also served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Robert E. Morin, Associate Judge of the District of Columbia Superior Court. During her clerkship, she assisted in the management a high volume trial docket, with one year in the Civil Division and one year in the Criminal Division.
