Hisham assists clients on a number of international matters, building his practice upon a diverse international and business background. Knowledgeable in both domestic and international transactional law, Hisham is able to address client needs in unique cross-border matters including Islamic complaint transactions.


Hisham was a research assistant during law school for Professor Alexander Somek who specialized in international trade law specifically as it pertains to the European Union and also was the research assistant for Professor Adrian Wing who specialized in international law and women’s rights. As a member of the University of Iowa Legal Clinic, he participated in a handful of consumer bankruptcy and consumer finance cases.


Hisham’s international experience was bolstered by interning at the Jordan Securities Commission and the New Jordan Research Center.
