In the United States, we monitor the federal regulatory challenges presented to the rapidly changing health care industry and are dedicated to counseling health care clients on regulatory compliance, restructuring and employment issues. We assist Medicare companies in adjusting to FAR based contracts as well as overseeing numerous compliance internal investigations to present voluntary disclosures or evidence of errors and corrective actions undertaken.

The Firm also works closely with corporate health care clients to ensure compliance with Medicare/Medicaid, anti-kickback and physician self-referral rules, among other health care matters.
