We have extensive experience developing both Mudaraba, Musharaka, and Murabaha financing arrangements. We advise on Islamic property financing and have experience arranging Ijar contracts.

Real Estate
Kalbian Hagerty LLP advises and represents clients in a wide range of real estate matters both in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. In the U.A.E., we regularly advise U.S. companies on U.A.E. real estate law. In the U.S., we assist international clients with the intricacies of federal and state laws governing real estate transactions and property ownership, especially FIRPTA rules on taxation of foreign-owned properties.
